The hotel's location. My triple room featured three single beds. It was both comfortable and very clean. I appreciated Guzra's kindness. Her attentiveness greatly improved my stay. I also liked the breakfast variety. There were many hot and cold options daily.
The gym's air conditioning was not working, made exercising uncomfortable.

the location was superb. it was a short stroll to many wonderful attractions. the staff were particularly kind and prompt! i found their attention quite heartwarming. i felt genuinely cared for during my entire stay.
i noticed that the spa pool was not as warm as i had expected. it was a small disappointment during an otherwise beautiful experience.

the location is a significant advantage as it is a five-minute walk from key attractions. staff members like muhammet and guzra offer really good service and are always ready to assist. the food selection was varied and tasted great. rooms were maintained well and the entire hotel smelled nice.
